PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS

     OPMAD provides a wide range of activities which include, recreational, creative arts, academic, social and life skills. Class opportunities are available for all students free of charge. It is OPMAD's top priority to provide safe, age-appropriate, developmentally based activities that are fun and meaningful.

Parents are encouraged and trained to be involved in all phases of program design and implementation.

A collaboration with Connecticut Commission on Children to offer an advocacy & leadership training for Hartford parents citywide. Twenty weeks of professional training. Dinner and Childcare provided.

PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS
Batchelder, Noah Webster, South Middle

This is a 5 week program 5 days a week involving short trips during the week and all day trips on Fridays.

Career Explorations at South Middle.
Theme Based Programs at Batchelder and Noah Webster Schools.
Each student chooses a theme that they are interested in. The themes are Arts & Drama, City Explorers, Sports and Environmental Science.
